FAQ
Straight answers.
Do you need my Google password?
No, and we will never ask for it. You invite our manager account from your own Business Profile settings under People and access. You remain the owner and can remove our access yourself at any time.
Who owns my profile, reviews and photos?
You do, the whole time. We work under a manager role, which Google designed exactly for this. If you leave, we remove ourselves and everything stays with you.
Will you get me to number one on Google?
We don't promise rankings, and we'd be careful of anyone who does. Google decides rankings. What we control is the work: accurate details, answered reviews, fresh content, fast reaction to problems, and a log that proves it happened.
Can you get bad reviews removed?
Only Google can remove reviews, and only ones that break its policies, like spam or fake reviews. We flag those with a proper policy reference. Genuine negative reviews can't be removed; we respond to them professionally in your voice, which is usually worth more than the review costs.
Can you get me more reviews?
We don't buy, incentivise or gate reviews. Google prohibits all three and profiles get suspended over it. We can make sure genuine reviews get prompt, human responses, which encourages more of them the compliant way.
What happens if my profile gets suspended?
We check your profile is live every business day, so we usually know before you do. Your plan includes preparing and lodging the first appeal with evidence you supply. If it turns into a long recovery case, we scope and quote that separately before doing anything.
Do I approve what you post?
Your call. At onboarding you choose, per work type, whether we post after your approval or just get on with it. Some things always come to you regardless: responses to 1 and 2 star reviews, anything legally sensitive, and changes to your name, address, categories or website link.
How do I know the work is actually happening?
The work log. Every check, change, response and upload is logged with a date, and the log arrives monthly. If it's ever late past the 5th business day, that month is free. That's the promise the whole service is built on.
How do I cancel?
From your billing portal or by emailing support. It takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and we remove our manager access within 5 business days of the end date and send your final log.
My profile isn't verified yet. Can you still help?
Yes, with one caveat: Google requires the business itself to complete verification, often by video. We prepare you with exactly what Google needs so it goes smoothly, and take over management once it's verified.
I run a service business with no shopfront. Does this still work?
Yes. Google has specific rules for service-area businesses, like hiding your address and setting sensible service areas. Keeping those settings right is part of the accuracy checks.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No lock-in. You pay monthly in advance, you can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The full terms are two short plain-English documents you read and accept at checkout.
