The whole journey is self-serve. You will not be asked to book a call, fill in an enquiry form or wait for a proposal. Three small things are yours to do on day one; everything after that is ours.

Pick a plan and pay by card. At checkout you accept two short plain-English documents: the service agreement and a written authorisation for us to manage your profile. Both are linked before you pay. No calls, no quotes, no waiting.

Grant manager access from your own Google settings
We never ask for your password. You open your Business Profile settings, choose People and access, and invite our manager account. You stay the owner the whole time and can remove our access yourself with one click.

We accept and confirm
We accept your invitation the same business day it arrives and confirm by email. Daily monitoring of reviews and profile status starts immediately.

Baseline check and fixes
We record how your profile stands today, fix uncontroversial errors like wrong hours or broken links, and send anything sensitive, like category or name changes, to you for approval before touching it. You get a setup-complete email listing what was found and fixed.

The work log lands
A dated list of every check, change, response and upload, with a five line plain English summary on top. If something is waiting on you or on Google, the log says so. This is the proof most providers never show.

Your monthly work log arrives by the 5th business day of the following month, or that month is free.
