What's not included
- Websites, Google Ads, social media or email marketing.
- Buying, incentivising or gating reviews. Google prohibits it and we will not do it at any price.
- Removing genuine negative reviews. We flag policy-breaking reviews to Google; the decision is Google's.
- Creating profiles for businesses without real premises or eligibility under Google's rules.
- Guarantees of rankings, review scores, leads or revenue. Nobody can honestly sell these.
The fine print, plainly
- Monthly quantities don't roll over. If your profile consistently needs more than your plan covers, we'll tell you in writing and suggest the right plan. No silent downgrades, no surprise invoices.
- If Google suspends your profile, preparing and lodging the first appeal is included. Complex recovery beyond that is quoted separately before any work or charge.
- No lock-in contract. Cancel anytime from your billing portal or by email, effective at the end of the period you've paid for.
- You always keep ownership of your profile. We work as a manager you can remove at any time.
- Full terms: service agreement and access authorisation.
