Google Business Profile access authorisation

By accepting this document at checkout, you confirm that you are the owner of, or are authorised to act for, the business named at checkout, and that:

  1. You authorise the operator of LocalProof to act as a Managerof the business's Google Business Profile for the purpose of delivering the subscribed service.
  2. You will grant this access by sending a manager invitation from your profile's People and access settings to the manager account address provided during onboarding. You keep ownership of the profile at all times and can remove this access yourself at any time.
  3. Within your approval settings, you authorise us to: edit business information; publish posts and photos you supply or approve; respond to reviews and questions in the business's voice; flag policy-violating content to Google; and prepare and lodge suspension appeals using evidence you provide.
  4. We will never request your Google password, never take ownership of the profile, and will not perform actions that breach Google's policies even if requested.
  5. Information you provide about the business is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Acceptance is recorded electronically at checkout with the date, plan, business name and a timestamp.
