What we collect

Your contact details (name, email), business facts you give us at onboarding (hours, services, voice preferences), and the content needed to do the work (reviews on your public profile, photos you supply). If Google suspends your profile, you may supply evidence documents for the appeal.

What we never hold

Your card details (payment is processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers) and your Google password (we never ask for it; access is granted by you as a manager invitation you can revoke).

How we use it

Only to deliver the service: managing your profile, drafting responses in your voice, sending approvals and work logs, and billing. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

AI-assisted drafting

Drafts of review responses and posts may be prepared with AI tools using only your voice preferences, your standing business facts and the public review text. A human reviews drafts before anything is posted. Sensitive matters are handled by a human without AI drafting.

Evidence documents

Documents supplied for a suspension appeal (registrations, licences, bills) are stored privately, used only for the appeal, and deleted when the recovery case closes.

Retention and deletion

Client records and work logs are kept while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and dispute purposes. Email us to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep.
